MBAM Won't Start (Tried Code2 Error)

Ok, so I've been using this program for a month or so now. I've updated to the latest version and everything.

This morning when I tried to start my Mozilla Firefox, it wouldn't open. It crashed upon startup.

I tried uninstall/reinstall, Blackbird Web Browser wouldn't install & Google Chrome would not install.

I ended up installing Opera Web Browser (which is actually quite nice).

After doing some researcher I figured I probably had Malware that was killing my startup files. So I ran MBAM, but 3 seconds into the scan, it crashes. When I try to reopen, it says "path not found" and that whole deal.

So I looked up the forum and found a possible solution in this thread> http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=29028

I tried running it 3 different times. It worked for 3 seconds into the scan and crashed.

I renamed it explorer.exe after that and it ran for 7 seconds and crashed.

I tried it several times but it's not working.

Whatever is attacking doesn't have any kind of signature. There's no fake computer scanner pop-up or anything like it. It just seems to want to keep me off the Internet.

Hopefully there is a solution to this, because I prefer my computer be free of this kind of crap. I do work and school from my laptop... not to mention I have almost 60 GB of music on this thing.

Oh yeah and every few minutes startup toolbar says

99.199.230.14 has been blocked or something like that. That's the exact IP, but I don't remember what it says about it.
