I had a problem with the Artis Anis Phone from Assurance Wireless

Hi

My name is Eileen. I had problems with my old phone from Assurance Wireless last week. Their replacement phone I had caused me so many problems. My old phone Artis Anis phone caused me too many problems!!! Every time I reset my phone it needed to be rebooted and that's a pain !!! I wasn't happy with the phone . It didn't do its job well enough for me to use anymore!! I don't think that phone isn't worth it anymore!!! Too many problems for sure!! So I had to reapply for a brand new phone from Assurance Wireless!! The phone caused me problems opening the back to put the battery in!!! I needed to use a flat headed screwdriver to pry open the case !!! It had too many softwear problems from the beginning and it caused me to get frustrated all the time!!! I think that phone was jinxed in the beginning at I let the battery die on its own now!! Those Artis An is phones are junk now !!! Who ever thought of this phone  wasn't a very smart cookie at all!!!

Are you just venting or do you have an issue with the Malwarebytes software?

As for Assurance Wireless, the old saying you get what you pay for applies.

im just venting cuz that phone always  had problems I had other phones from Assurance Wireless that never ask me to reboot the phone during a reset but this phone took the cake !!!!
