Is Windows 10/11 keylogging users?

I think you mean Telemetry. And this have always been in Windows 7, 8, 8.1 too.

Keylogging is something that bad guys does. To grab all your passwords and takeover your accounts. And I have never seen anything like this.

I use both Windows 10 and Windows 11. So far have Microsoft never used my credentials to login to different accounts. You are safe.

Remember also that Windows 7 is EOL. End of life. Not supported anymore.
