false positive downloading installer exe files

A user contacted me to report that Malwarebytes blocks the file download from my site https://www.treescan.org/download_treescan.html (you may use the download password 'scantree').

I have another site that is largely the same technology as the TreeScan site and confirmed that that site also behaves the same way:
https://www.satscan.org/download_satscan.html (you may use the download password 'spatial')

My home PC antivirus (Norton) does not identify an issue with the exe or the download nor does my work organization's antivirus.
