ADWCleaner 8.4.0 - Unable to restore Exclusions to Scan Results

ADWCleaner 8.4.0 - Unable to restore Exclusions to Scan Results, the button is greyed out

Hello:

I have an HP Desktop, and an HP Laptop
Both with the same version of HP software, Win 10, and ADWCleaner 8.4.0

On the Desktop, I got these detected files, below, to be Exclusions, somehow.

I was trying to do the same on the Laptop.
I thought, maybe if I Quarantine them, then it will give me the option to make them Exclusions, but that button is greyed out for me.
I disabled all Startups and Anti-Virus.  I powered the computer off / on.  This did not fix it.
But then, a few hours later, I see that I can Restore them to Scan Results, from Quarantine - How did that happen?

On the Desktop:
I see that I can Restore them from Exclusions - I just did one as a test, HP Portrait Displays
but now, the button is greyed out again, for me to do the others
I'll take another look at it tomorrow, no idea why it behaves like this
Next day:  It is still greyed out

Question:  Why can't I restore these files back on my Desktop, from being Exclusions?

I took a look at it today, and the "Remove Exclusion" button was no longer greyed out.  I was able to Restore them.  What was going on?
