My website is being labeled as a scam.

Some of my users who use Malwarebytes are reporting to me that my brand new website, https://carbonvalley.win, is being blocked and labeled a scam. This is a brand new website so I'm a little confused. Can you please explain how it got caught so that I can avoid this situation in the future? I have several other websites that are all fine.

Can you post debug logs containing the block information please? I'm unable to replicate the block.
