Will this app ever be officially available in the EU?

As the title says, I just wanted to know if there were plans about the arrival of this amazing app in the EU iOS App Stores, since I've used it for a long time as a beta tester through TestFlight and it worked like a charm, being very efficient and lightweight.

Is the GDPR the big, bad problem behind this block in the EU?
