Trojan notice in my business email provider

Customer support at Kajabi says the domain does not belong to them but is in my system.

They think I scanned something into my computer but I did not scan or download or sign up for anything.

Customer support referred back to Malwarebytes. 

I'm hoping Malwarebytes won't refer me back to them.
