How can I find out which of my devices I have active on my account?

I need info on how I can find out which of my devices are active in my account. I recently bought a new phone and activated this new phone in my account before I deactivated my old phone. Subsequently I reset my old phone to the original setup erasing all data. I have another phone I wish to put on my account and need to deactivate that older phone. How do I do this?
