Site says it's in maintenance mode and I did not get a block when visiting

If it is under maintenance because it is under construction but in total virus it informs me of the following

Do you have a log or screenshot showing that we're blocking the site?

I am currently unable to duplicate

I do not see a block from Malwarebytes. You need to reach out to each company listed on the Virus total report.

You should reach out to Google first.

I can confirm the entire site wasn't blacklisted, however this subdomain was:

http://protection.paypal.navigoperu.com/

I'm removing it now since it's no longer a threat. (404)

Here's some more information you might be interested in

 

The 'neifleix' (Netflix?) page still exists but says maintenance mode is on.
