Data-Base updates is this normal behavior.?

At times the database updates will fall behind this does not normally happen in the 4.0 versions of the product which is why i am reporting the issue. i have reported this before and it was corrected but it appears to be happening again. It is a few hours behind.

What I have noticed doesn't the time in MB 5 show the correct time some times as in the Windows time. I have seen that you have had this a lot of times before. I tried to check for updates (not automatic), and it show the same time for me.
