Malware found in PROGRAMDATA folder of CorelDraw Graphics Suite X7

Hi guys

Malwarebytes informed me today that there is malware on my computer, apparently in the "FILTERS_X64.CAB" file in the "PROGRAMDATA" folder of CorelDraw Graphics Suite X7. The name of the malware is "Malware.AI.1493973062".

The file has been quarantined by Malwarebytes. I am now unsure if the threat is gone or if my system is compromised. Or could it even be a false positive?

Attached are FRST, Addition and the Malwarebytes log. I would be very grateful for an assessment.

This is probly a false positive from the AI.

Indeed a false positive. Should be good to go now. If you have not already restored the file, you can go ahead and do that.
