Apple has pushed its first Rapid Security Response (RSR). (01-May-2023)

The macOS Ventura 13.3.1 (22E261) ⇒ 13.3.1 (a) (22E772610a) undocumented update has been made available. It appears to update the Safari Browser from version 16.4 build 18615.1.26.11.23 to version 16.4 build 18615.1.26.110.1.

The macOS update is approximately 309.8 MB and, if not already installed automatically, is best forced through the Apple  menu > System Settings… > General > Software Update path. Upon installation, macOS will require a restart.

iOS also has an update to 16.4.1 (a) that presumably also updates the Safari Browser.

Apple authored release notes are presently doubtful.
