Is there an explanation for all these tunnels?

Without more context about exactly what you're looking at, it's impossible to say. It's not realistic to hand someone a list of IP addresses without any information about how they were collected and expect any kind of solid conclusions.

However, I can say that all the 10.0.x.y addresses are on your local network - ie, the network created and managed by your wireless router - and after spot-checking a handful of others, they belong to legitimate companies, such as Amazon or Microsoft.
