Do you have the following enabled in Browser Guard? You and your users will need to toggle it off and leave it off.

This is exclusive to browser guard only and is not blocked in any other Malwarebytes product.

This setting is off by default. Malwarebytes is not whitelisting since it is off by default and most users will never see the block.
