Malwarebytes detecting total AV

So I was using Total AV which is a nightmare. I scanned with Malwarebytes, and this is what it gives me and when I quarantined files the program doesn't run anymore. What's the deal with Total AV sending false positives. Malwarebytes is looking at is as a threat. Is total AV not legit or just a fake scanner?

If you wish to keep it, you need to restore it from quarantine and exclude it.

To exclude these items you need to perform a scan (a Threat scan or Hyper scan should do) and then at the end when it shows the list of detections, uncheck any item that you do not want to be removed and click Next.  When prompted on what to do with the remaining unchecked items, select Ignore Always and they will be added to your exclusions and will no longer be detected by future scans.
