The program is registered, but it becomes free once a week😢

Hello,,

I have the latest beta version. It works normally for several days,

but suddenly it turns from a paid version to a free one. what is the reason?

After a few days it becomes free like this

Is this a subscription or an old lifetime license?

Yes,
The key is in my Malwarebytes account.
Every time when the program becomes free,
I log into the account, delete the device, and register it again.
This problem is annoying..please solve it..😭

This is one issue only the support desk can address. The forum can not deal with license issues.

Be advised it can take 3-7 weekdays for a response after the automated reply with your ticket number.

There is no penetration😳
There is no other device registered in the account except mine..

I am keen on the security of my account and I check it frequently.

Even so, contact support. This is a license issue, not a program issue.

I read in an older post of yours that this was purchased from a 3rd party. Some 3rd parties have reused/resold the keys to others.

Sometimes a key generator can produce the same key.
