Anyone else get this on Windows 11 (home)

The issue you mention is conditional on some Windows 11 systems. There is more than 1 discussion topic about it on Elevenforum as well as on Microsoft Answers.
Brink at Elevenforum  has a good article about this feature of Windows 11.

I have the same problem. It says that I don't have the TPM but TPM was required to install Win11. The device manager also says that the TPM is working fine.

A person in the linked discussion asks about itas well. I hope there are answers soon.
