Downloads from our website voicetyper.com are being blocked. This includes 

https://download.voicetyper.com/VoiceTyper-Setup.exe

 as well as other related exe files.

All Executables published on voicetyper.com and subdomains are controlled by us and related to our product so there is no reason why MalwareBytes/ MalwareBytes Browser Guard should be blocking our downloads or website.

I did not have a block. What browser were you using?

Customer using Chrome.

Perhaps it gets blocked due to the behavior of the download page where it automatically downloads the file.

voicetypercdn.com and typercdn.com, including static.voicetypercdn.com as well as root domain.
