ThomasB79 Posted March 11 ID:1558328 Share Posted March 11 Hi there. I'm hopping that you can and will help me. I'm looking at my freinds computer, because he has a lot of trouble with it. fx. He can't go into disk management anymore. So I have tried installing Malwarebytes on it, but it won't let me do it. after 12% it ask me to reboot and try again. I have tried to reboot in safe mode and then install it - but it is the same issue. I have run Eset online scanner and I did find some unwanted files, but nothing else. I have run the FRST program og added the files. Best regards Thomas Addition.txt FRST.txt

ThomasB79 Posted March 12 Author ID:1558411 Share Posted March 12 Thank you for your feedback. I have run the program as you ask me to. with a couple of problems. 1. problem - the pc was not able to make a backup of the registry keys. 2. problem - it could not install Mbam - I have found the reason now. the windows update service is blocked and kan not start. so the pc is only at sp 1. I have tried to install the updates manually - but with no luck. So I don't know if it can be saved or I have to reinstall the hole computer. mbst-grab-results.zip
