False Positive - Need to whitelist application exe

Hello Team,

 

Please help to whitelist our client application exe, so it can be launched and installed on the client system who is using malwarebyte.

To better assist you, please provide a scan log showing the detection in question as we investigate. Thank you,

I extracted all the files and did not get a detection from the latest version of Malwarebytes @Sriram

Please get us the Scan and Protection logs for this

 

You can find Scan and Protection logs within the Malwarebytes 4 program in the following location

 

 

RTP stands for Real-Time Protection and is where automatic protection operations would normally be logged

 

 

If you click on the View option you should get something similar to the following with other options available.

Hello again,

It looks like the IP in question has already been whitelisted and should no longer be detected. Please update the Malwarebytes database and you should be good to go.
