Firefox identifies Riskware

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue where my web browser is identifying the call of

as containing riskware and some kind of too long "SSL-Record" (see screenshots). This error occurs since we moved the website to another webspace and re-routed the DNS from the old provider.

I'm not sure why this is happening or how to fix it. I've already updated my antivirus software, cleared my browser's cache and cookies, and disabled any browser extensions that might be interfering with my browsing. However, the issue still persists. Could someone please provide me with some guidance on how to resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry that the screenshots are in German ... I hope you can help anyway ;-)

Thank you in advance!

Hello, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We've reviewed the data from the IP again and have determined it no longer warrants being blocked so we've disabled the block in our database.

Removal should be reflected in the next database update going out in a few hours or so.
