I did quarantine the file, but wanted to double check. I don't have an issue uninstalling Fiddler after its confirmed as a false-positive. I did not download fiddler today. I actually just logged in and saw the Detection Notice. Do you think the Date Created/Last Modified was changed due to the Quarantine? Just triple checking here .. I believe it was because file was moved to quarantine (and encrypted by MBAM which is which makes quarantine a "safe place"cus the encrypted file cannot run), then in order to de-quarantine it, it has to also decrypt it again. So it is just the date change in your explorer view that has changed. Not really any different than if you deleted the file, then downloaded the exact same one from the fiddler site. Should be good.
