Datatex Posted February 22, 2023 ID:1555878 Share Posted February 22, 2023 We have an email signature stored on our website, and one of our customers reported that Malwarebytes is blocking Outlook from accessing it. The website is www.datatex.co.za, and the IP is 129.232.154.25. I checked the MX blacklists and it's clear on there. It may be one of our product installers getting flagged, or the whole IP block (/24), of which we are just a part (/28). Checking the IP block for abuse shows someone reported every single IP in the /24 block (https://www.abuseipdb.com/check-block/129.232.154.25/24). I've checked the website and relevant installers, and don't see any evidence of malware, and the installer executables are unchanged. Can you please can narrow down the cause so I can fix it, or remove the false positive? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
