Hello,

Trying to install Native-Access_2, it's used by many people in the music industry.
Source file comes from:

https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

Just can't believe it's using some exploit, but since I trust Malwarebytes I could not finish the install since it's blocking stuff during the install process.

Can anybody verify this is a false positive and I can undo the block?

Payed a lot of money for their software so really wanna install this...

Great, can not upload the zip file as it's too big 🤷‍♂️

I guess having that on is a bit harsh.

That setting is specific to penetration testing (i.e. not actual threats) so enabling won't really do anything unless the system is tested using third-party testing tools/test exploits.  It is purely for testing purposes to verify that protection is working properly, however, it is not needed for protecting your system from actual malware which is why it is turned off by default.

I hope that helps to clarify things and if there is anything else we might help with please let us know.

Thanks for the clarification, now I also understand why 😎

Have a great weekend!
