Does malwarebytes Browser Guard for Safari block PUPs?

I read in a previous release notice that PUP database was removed from the extension on Safari..

So I am wondering, does Malwarebytes Browser Guard for Safari block PUPs? Because now there are only three alternatives in the extension: Ads, Malware och Scams. But no PUP.

So is blocking PUPs included in the Malware option, or removed completely from the extension?

When I click on "Check for DB updates" in the extension on the Support tab, then the button almost everytime gets stuck on "Updating". So I have to click down the icon extension and click on it again and one more time click on "Check for DB updates". And then it just says "DBs are up to date".

 

So there seems to be some kind of problem that needs to be fixed since the button gets stuck on "Updating" so much.

For clarity and transparency, the best thing would be to add the date and time for when it was last updated and the current DB version, either below or above the "Check for DB updates" button. Then it would be clear when the DBs were last updated. Would that be possible?

The db's are updated twice per hour.  The "Check for DB updates" button is really for the instance where you've encountered an FP that a researcher has addressed for you and you don't want to wait the 30-40 mins for your db's to update in normal timing.

The button should not be getting stuck on "Updating" though.

I see it sometimes kinda get stuck, I just leave it open on one tab for a bit and it does update after a bit.
