error message when try to add license

I own 3 licenses for both Malwarebytes and M Privacy VPN.  Malwarebytes only is installed on my Windows 11.  I get an error message when trying to add a device.  "addDevice.errors.license_not_found"   Are there step by step instuctions?  I am feeling very computer illerate!
