I accepted the free trial and now i can't see the www.kinman.com site. Malwarebytes tells me the site might be phishing me but i trust kinman's old site.

I added kinman to the allowed list and it's still being blocked. How can i get malwarebytes to allow the site?

Thanks.

When i look at the choices, i feel a little afraid that i will get in over my head and cause other problems.

I really should NOT have agreed to this free trial - it's becoming a headache. I have other things to do, like, get into Kinman's site so that i can complete a purchase. They only allow messages to be sent through their site - they don't accept email communications. Now, i can't even see the site.

Can i get some real help, please, instead of a showing me list of unknown steps i have never seen before?

Thanks

The site is a false positive detection and is being fixed. But to answer your question... To exclude websites, You might need both of these instructions.

Malwarebytes Browser Guard Allow list and Support screens

Add to the Allow List in Malwarebytes for Windows

Hey thanks.

I'll have a look at these links a bit later. I need to got out for a while. I hope it's easy to do what's in these links. I am not so savvy with the technical side of computers because i rarely have to do this sort of thing.

I'll have to Google what a "false positive detection" is to know what you mean.
