Trojan downloader

I keep getting an alert about a "Trojan downloader". Full scans don't reveal anything though.. It just happens when I try to access an .srt file (text file used for subtitles on compressed movies). Strangely enough this type of files should be opened with Windows Notepad (so says their icon and their file type association). I sometimes open .srt files manualy with Subtitleworkshop (http://www.urusoft.net/products.php?cat=sw) but they are not constantly associated with this utility. So Mbam comes up with an alert on subtitleworkshop.exe, when I click .srt files (though they are not associated with Subtitleworkshop, or at least that's what Windows tell)

Here is a snatch:

I tried to attach the executable in question, but the system didn't let me do so.

Thanks

PS: Full system scan with Avast, Ad-aware, Spybot S&D, F-Secure's Blacklight, Superantispyware come up clean..

Please zip and attach subtitleworkshop.exe to your next post .

Trying to dude, but here's what the system says:

"Attachment space used 28.43K of 500K

Upload failed. The file was larger than the available space"

Anyway I am hitting the "add reply" button and hope it's uploaded..

Check PMs , ill send you my personal email .

I forgot to mention this first appeared the same time when CLDiscinfo.dll (of cyberlink's powerDVD) started to show up as false alert (probably they have the same "false" origin?)..
