Getting probable false positive on website

I help manage the following website which is currently getting blocked due to 'riskware' when the Malwarebytes Chrome extension is active: https://www.curveonline.co.uk/

This was initially due to a dodgy URL being located on one of the pages which got us listed on a number of virus / malware blacklists, however the offending item has now been removed. We checked the site recently with a number of virus / malware scanning tools and we they are no longer picking up any issues. We've also been removed from all blacklists as far as we can see, however I'm still getting a 'riskware' warning with the browser extension.

There isn't any other information provided with the warning and so we think this is simply a false positive now. Is there any way to get MalwareBytes to stop flagging the site?
