Internet only works in Safe Networking Mode

Hi All,

I'm on Windows Vista and I currently cannot connect to the internet when I'm in 'Normal' mode. The only way my internet works is when I hit F8 during the computer start-up and run in Safe Networking Mode. Below is my Hijackthis log. I'd appreciate it if anyone can help me out on this.
