Hello, Im not sure whats going on, but i afraid i caught a virus that makes it happen, i dont run any anti viruses or firewalls or any real time protection softwares at all, i only use MB full scan once in a while

I tried making a full scan twice, and twice the PC shutdown during the full scan, first time it happen after 16mins and the second time after around 25mins

few important notes, i run win8.1 on minimum default services, and i have lots of errors in event viewer like these

The server {1B1F472E-3221-4826-97DB-2C2324D389AE} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

Audit events have been dropped by the transport. 0

The WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service service depends on the DHCP Client service which failed to start because of the following error:
The dependency service or group failed to start.

DCOM got error "1068" attempting to start the service netprofm with arguments "Unavailable" in order to run the server:
{A47979D2-C419-11D9-A5B4-001185AD2B89}

The Network List Service service depends on the Network Location Awareness service which failed to start because of the following error:
The dependency service or group failed to start.

but when the pc crashed it logged only these two things

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007a (0x0000000000000004, 0x0000000000000000, 0xffffe000cc2aec60, 0xffffd0010d154000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 011923-20531-01.

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

right now i tried to make a clean uninstall with MB support tool and it thew me this error during the cleanup "ran into unexpected problem, please try to reinstall MB, something like that(massage box closed on me XD)"

i attached memory.mdmp and mbst-grab-results

Malwarebytes Support Tool - Advanced Options

This feature is designed for the following reasons:

    • Clean: Performs an automated uninstallation of all Malwarebytes products installed to the computer and prompts to install the latest version of Malwarebytes for Windows afterwards. The Premium license key is backed up and reinstated. All user configurations and other data are removed. This process requires a reboot.
    •  Repair System: Includes various system-related repairs in case a Windows service is not functioning correctly that Malwarebytes for Windows is dependent on. It is not recommended to use any Repair System options unless instructed by a Malwarebytes Support agent.
    • Anonymously help the community by providing usage and threat statistics: Unchecking this option will prevent Malwarebytes Support Tool from sending anonymous telemetry data on usage of the program.

I was able to make MB run again by just installing it again without uninstalling. And its worth to mention that yesterday I tried to make full scan on recovery mode without network and pc crashed too.

Right now I'm making a normal scan, ill see how it goes

Plus another thing, few months ago one of my ram sticks went bad and windows started to loose memory and lag until it almost didn't function at all, so I reinstalled windows and removed the faulty ram stick. What I'm trying to say that maybe the second ram stick starts to go bad too and some wired things begin to happen when its on high load. My ram sticks are from 2013 :))

Hello  and  :welcome:     @redogg

My screen name is AdvancedSetup and I will assist you with your system issues.

Let's keep these principles as we proceed. Make sure to read the entire post below first.

  • Please follow all steps in the provided order and post back all requested logs
  • Please attach all log files to your post, unless otherwise requested
  • Temporarily disable your antivirus or other security software first. Make sure to turn it back on once the scans have been completed.
  • Temporarily disable Microsoft SmartScreen to download the software below if needed. Make sure to turn it back on once the scans are completed.
  • Searching, detecting, and removing malware isn't instantaneous and there is no guarantee to repair every system.
  • Before we start, please make sure that you have an external backup, not connected to this system, of all private data.
  • Do not run online games while the case is ongoing. Do not do any free-wheeling or risky web-surfing.
  • Only run the tools I guide you to use. Please don't run any other scans, download, install or uninstall any programs while I'm working with you.
  • Cracked, Hacked, or Pirated programs are not only illegal but also can make a computer a malware victim. Having such programs installed is the easiest way to get infected. It is the leading cause of ransomware encryption. It is at times also a big source of current Trojan infections. If there are any on the system you should uninstall them before we proceed.
  • Please be patient and stick with me until I give you the "all clear". We don't want to waste your time, please don't waste ours.
  • If your system is running Discord, please be sure to Exit it while this case is ongoing.

To begin, please do the following so that we may take a closer look at your installation for troubleshooting. This is a report only.

NOTE: The tools and the information obtained are safe and not harmful to your privacy or your computer, please allow the programs to run if blocked by your system.

  • Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  • In your Downloads folder, open the mb-support-x.x.x.xxx.exe file
  • In the User Account Control pop-up window, click Yes to continue the installation
  • Run the MBST Support Tool
  • In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced
  • In the Advanced Options, click Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your machine
  • A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to the Public desktop, please upload that file on your next reply

Thank you
