KevinFireside Posted January 18, 2023 ID:1550253 Share Posted January 18, 2023 Our server, and all its associated domains are being flagged, and return ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR, and the moment I turn off real time protection, I no longer have issues. I am unsure as to what caused this to get flagged, but it would be wonderful to have this unblocked, and to know how we can prevent this from occurring again. Hello- We do not show either the domain nor the IP which the domain resides on in our database, was this perhaps a Browser Guard block?

KevinFireside Posted January 18, 2023 Author ID:1550266 Share Posted January 18, 2023 I do not use Browser guard, I use the windows program. I have attempted to access the server through various browsers, as well as through ftp, and am blocked by the program. I have attached a log tile given to me when accessing one of the domains on our server 34de22aa-974e-11ed-a096-8c8d280fb5bc.txt
KevinFireside Posted January 18, 2023 Author ID:1550268 Share Posted January 18, 2023 We have since cleaned the errors after our server was hacked, and the last report shows last year in august. It would be greatly helpful if we could have our server unflagged, as i am unable to access it, and any clients or customers using mbam will have the same issues
