False positive submission - Edited software wrongly detected

My name is Thomas Montalcino and I am a software architect at Terminal Service Plus (https://tsplus.net/).
We have been selling our software since more than 10 years to tens of thousands of happy customers.

Several customers reported that Malwarebytes falsely reports our program RemoteSupport.exe, as a threat, after downloading from the following URL: https://dl-files.com/remotesupportv3/RemoteSupport.exe

Please find attached the file in a password protected zip file.
This file is signed with our company certificate.

Could you please check it and fix this false report as soon as possible, as it is hurting our business?
