SnB Posted January 12 ID:1549311 Share Posted January 12 Hi, A customer's security software is blocking our site [quiz.fruitstreet.com] - which helps people's health and can save lives - is being blocked erroneously by Fortinet and Malware Bytes. We are using an AWS Elastic-IP that is on a dirty ASN as shown below. We are contacting AWS, and yourselves to remove us from bad deny lists. We have adequate security and processes, and treat our customers security and privacy as the top priority in the organization. We are being tarred with the wrong brush unfortunately, and innocently. Please remove from bad list ASAP. Let me know how to do this kindly? thanks SB
