cod.exe flagged as a Trojan for outbound connection to 144.202.109.110

I just jumped on for a couple rounds of the new Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and was alerted that an outbound connection made by cod.exe was blocked, and as a result cod.exe has been marked as a Trojan. 

The outbound connection was to the IP 144.202.109.110 which I see is flagged as malicious by a couple sites on VirusTotal. Anything to be concerned about here or why cod is making this outbound connection to this ip?
