Website blocked due to reputation: https://gracemusic.us

This is one of my clients websites that I built and host. I don't understand what is causing a "reputation" block. This site is not on a shared server, the server is mine and the IP is mine.

How can I figure out what is affecting reputation on https://gracemusic.us or get it whitelisted?
