Nasty Infection - MBAM.exe Gone & Dozens of Vundos Showing Up

The computer appears to be infected with just about every variant of Vundo and Virtumonde known to man... I've done some clean up on my own, but the problem is stubborn enough that I'm coming here for professional help.

And let me start by saying that your product is great and I really really do appreciate all the work you guys do here to help users. I've got Malwarebytes running on every computer I own or manage at work, and I've recommended it to dozens of people over the years...

Anyway, here's the deal: The computer was infected yesterday. Symantec Anti-Virus reported a Backdoor Trojan. I tried to run Malwarebytes, only to discover that the exe file was gone, and a new install wouldn't fix the problem. I followed the instructions in your thread and copied over a renamed version of the exe. That worked, and MBAM found 7-8 instances of vundo, and seemed to remove them succesfully. I rebooted, but the problem persisted. Since then, I've also run Spybot Search & Destroy and Super Anti-Spyware. Both of those found a number of different Vundo and Virtumonde infections and deleted them as well. The virus was still hanging around, however, so I went into Hijack This and deleted a number of obvious entries (random named dlls and links to ad sites, etc...).

That seemed to solve the problem. Fresh scans with MBAM, Spybot and Super Anti-Spyware didn't turn anything up, so I thought we were good. Then this morning Symantec reported that same Backdoor Trojan, and it seems we may be reinfected. The good news is that it doesn't appear to be as bad - Malwarebytes now installs and runs correctly with the normal exe file, and is detecting only one virus.

So I guess I just need help tracking down the last remnants of this thing. HijackThis and MBAM logs are pasted below, and I've got ComboFix downloaded and ready to go. I'm just not confident enough in my tech abilities to generate an appropriate script for it, and that's why I'm coming to you.
