I have been billed twice for years

I set up Malwarebytes Premium on my computer in 2016 and set it up to auto renew. I just realized I have been billed for two separate accounts/two separate emails starting 2018.

I am not sure what happened but I would like someone to explain it to me. I only have one computer using the program so why am I being billed like this? I did notice that each bill comes to a different email log in and are different amounts. ?????????????? but billed to same person and credit card.

This is one issue only the support desk can address.

Please contact our support team at https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to get help Please submit only one ticket/request. Additional tickets will increase the delay.

Be advised it can take 3-7 weekdays for a response after the automated reply with your ticket number.
