I cannot count the times where I had to contact support because when I change my email, it sends a verification email to my new email with a code. I then enter the code and it says invalid code, 2 attempts left. I then contact support who reply after 1 month asking for proof and whatnot even though I am emailing them from my registered email.

Now again I am wanting to change my email and getting the same wrong code error.

I even PMed @msherwoodand @AdvancedSetup on the 9th of November and still haven't received a reply.

This is very bad customer service.

I haven't received verification codes by email for over 2 months. Support suggest changing the address to @gmail.com or @outlook.com :)))

It's not in the spam folder, it came before...

My hosting support asked for their e-mail logs (for verification) but they don't have them :)
