My multiple account subscription is not working on second device

The problem is that my registration key is not being recognised on my second device.

I downloaded malwarebytes on a second device. My registration key did not work. After one month, the trial malwarebytes ended and my device was no longer protected. This is not good because I am not getting the service that I pay for.

On 7 October 2022 I submitted Malwarebytes Support ticket 4035908.

It was not answered.

I sent a follow up email on 14 October. Again it was not answered by Malwarebytes.
