Somebody please help me

seriously I need help. ther day I got some pop up adds and the screen turned black...blinked few times, restarted. I received this error message on startup-" This System is Shutting down. Please save all work in progress and log off. Any unsaved changes will be lost. This shutdown was initiated by the NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM ". I tried to run Malwarebytes....it sarts and abruptly closes. I tried all the procedures posted somewhere in this forum (dev manager thing, copying into flsh drive, changing names....).

Initially my laptop worked somewhat fine. But gradually it deteriorated... now I even cant log on to the normal mode. anything that i can do is going to the safemode and that to without any internet access. Please help me this isue. My system has very imp files.. I cant format.

I tried to run hijackthis. it seems to be starting...but ends abruptly as others do.

i downloaded Norton 360 beta...it also closed...am using bitdefender bootscan

pls...please help me

Hi,

Let's see if you're able to create DDS logs.

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here or here or here.

Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.

• When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
  1. DDS.txt
     
  2. Attach.txt
     

  [*]Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.
