Verification codes do not come to the e-mail

They have implemented a security that cannot be turned off and does not work properly ... very professionally...

Their suggestion is to try changing to another email address provider such as Gmail our Outlook

 

I don't want to change the e-mail address associated with licenses (i have own @ in my domain), it worked before on the current e-mail adress...
