The license details are sent in a separate email from the receipt can take some time. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders and if using a mail with a focused inbox, check all tabs.

In the meantime,

Try activating with your email address. Also you should find your key at my.malwarebytes.com.

Just checked , no subscriptions listed over there.

Perhaps I made a typo in my email address when getting the subscription. What would happen in such a case ?

Be advised it can take 3-10 weekdays excluding US holidays. for a response after the automated ticket number.

Is it possible you used the wrong email address?

The automated lookup system was not able to find a purchase.

Email address not associated to any active Cleverbridge or 2checkout subscriptions
