OpenEvent: Failed to perform desired action (Error Code: 2)

I am getting this error when I try to Start Protection. I already tried uninstalling, rebooting, running MBAM-CLEAN, rebooting again, and then re-installing. No change.

Help would be appreciated. I am a paying, registered customer, and I love this program. It's wonderful. I'd love to be able to have the resident protection work without errors.

That looks fine William. Please send an email request to the support@malwarebytes.org and they should be able to assist you faster than waiting for a reply here on the board. I just wanted to make sure you didn't have an invalid registry key entry there that would be causing it, which you don't.
