Imagehost blocked but according to Virustotal it is safe

I was trying to visit imagehost https://pixl.is but whatever I tried I got a block page saying website is blocked by Malwarebytes Browser Guard.

I checked at virustotal and according to the results the site is no threat.

It is a legit block since there are malicious redirects related to this domain.
