can't switch on notifications on 1 of 2 devices?

On one Android device I can't switch on All Malwarebytes notifications; the switch just wont' move? As a result I do not see MB as active.  When I get into MB I do see the subscription as active and all real-time tools are active.

You can try that first. If it does not work,

It's best to open a support ticket so one of the mobile device support agents can assist you with this.

I opened a ticket 2 days ago, and am still waiting for an agent to be assigned.  I do know that the staff is having problems keeping up with tickets.

I just updated my Android to November 2022.  Malwarebytes still is NOT in the pulldown menu.
