I have verified your ticket is there and awaiting a support agent assignment.

I'm sorry, but due to the hurricane in Florida we had to evacuate and close down or main support site in Florida. We have reopened after a week, but we now have a huge back log of tickets.

At this time, it will probably be at least seven workdays to get a reply from support.

Please rest assured though that when support does get to your ticket, they will be able to assist you with a refund.
