But I need ur help. ther day I got some pop up adds and the screen turned black...blinked few times, restarted. I received this error message on startup-" This System is Shutting down. Please save all work in progress and log off. Any unsaved changes will be lost. This shutdown was initiated by the NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM ". I tried to run Malwarebytes....it sarts and abruptly closes. I tried all the procedures posted somewhere in this forum (dev manager thing, copying into flsh drive, changing names....). Initially my laptop worked somewhat fine. But gradually it deteriorated... now I even cant log on to the normal mode. anything that i can do is going to the safemode and that to without any internet access. Please help me this isue. My system has very imp files.. I cant format.I tried to run hijackthis. it seems to be starting...but ends abruptly as others do. thanks in advance.
